Standards Workgroup

The deadline to apply for the Standards Workgroup has passed and HCAI is currently reviewing applications. HCAI will select members with the goal of representing the broadest range of stakeholders and based on operational and technical experience with FHIR.

Formerly named “Standards Committee,” the Standards Workgroup convenes annually as needed and advises the DxF on the evolution of technical standards and as federal standards change, in consultation with stakeholders. Input from the other Committees helps inform and shape the topics under consideration prior to the Standards Workgroup advising the DxF on the development of standards for potential inclusion in the DSA and its P&Ps.
